“Seminar on the Enforcement of Plant Breeders’ Rights under the UPOV Convention” to Hold in Hanoi

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) of Viet Nam, in cooperation with the
International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) and the United States
Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF)
of Japan will hold “Seminar on the Enforcement of Plant Breeders’ Rights under the UPOV Convention”
in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
